We selected two typical structures, which can be found on the market for cheese wedges.

The combination of the different high performance materials, results in the reduction of plastic usage.

Even after reducing 53% of the plastic used for the packaging, the mechanical properties remained unchanged.

LEAKAGE TEST

The packaging was tested for failures after the supply chain simulation.

*Experiment based on ASTM D4728-17 /ASTM D5276-98 with higher severity to find the packaging limits.
